Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Information

At Geek Code Lab, we provide intangible digital products, including WordPress plugins, HTML templates, and graphic designs. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or delivered, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that issues may arise, and we consider refund requests under the following conditions:

1. Non-Delivery of Product

  • If you do not receive your purchased product due to email delivery issues (e.g., spam filters, incorrect email address), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@geekcodelab.com.
  • After 7 days, we will assume that the product has been successfully delivered.

2. Major Defects or Critical Errors

  • All our products are thoroughly tested, but if a purchased item has a major defect (e.g., it does not function as described), please submit a bug report via our support page.
  • Our team will attempt to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
  • If the issue is verified and cannot be fixed within this timeframe, you may request a full refund.

3. Compatibility Issues

  • Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or server configurations.
  • We only ensure compatibility as mentioned in the product description.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
❌ The product has been downloaded successfully.
❌ The issue is related to third-party software conflicts.
❌ The customer changes their mind or no longer needs the product.
❌ Failure to understand the product features before purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please submit a request via our contact page with the following details:
✅ Order ID
✅ Reason for refund request
✅ Screenshots or proof of the issue

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digitally delivered, cancellations are not possible once an order is completed and the download link is provided.

I needed the ability to inject OG tags into the header of individual pages. Other plugins have a lot of other functionality that I do not need.

This plugin is light and sleek and that is all it does. One thing, and it does it well.

I did have to install Classic editor alongside my existing GoodLayers setup. So far it has worked perfectly. I recommend it. I am using version 5.8.2
